Abstract

Our project is visting pass card creation software management which will enable college or school authorities to manipulate the staff  visiting activities like fixing appointment and appointment timing etc., Our visting pass card creation software management deals with the various activities related to the staff visiting activities.
There are mainly 3 modules in this software

• Staff module
• Receptionist Module
• Visitor Module

In the Software we have two types of users they are staff and receptionist. A receptionist can register as admin and can add edit and delete his profile. The receptionist can add edit and delete details for the staff. The receptionist can get the enquiry from the visitors and forward the information to the particular staff’s mail id.Now the staff will check the intimation about the visting and replay to that visiting request to the receptionist.Now the receptionist can fix the appointment between the staff and the visitor.
