SUPER SENSITIVE INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SYSTEM WITH 60dB LOUD SIREN AND MONITORING OVER IOT

 

ABSTRACT:

Security is primary concern everywhere and for every one. Every person wants his home, industry etc to be secured. This project describes a security alarm system that can monitor an industry and home. This is a simple and useful security system and easy to install. This vibration detector is realized using readily available, low cost components.

 

Here we are using AT89S52 as our controller that acts as brain to the entire system and 8 sensors are interfaced to the controller to monitor the industry. Those are magnetic sensor to check the level of liquid. A gas sensor is given to detect any leakage of any harmful gas, a vibration sensor is given to find the theft, IR sensor will be given to find the obstacle(person) in a restricted place, a panic switch is also provided to alert and also a temperature sensor is given for the purpose of monitoring.

 

The uniqueness of this project is not only alerting the neighbors by siren, it also dials a mobile number which is already programmed into the system. A mobile number or a land line number can be programmed into the system. As this system works on existing telephone line, it can dial the number even the subscriber is out of station. An IoT module is connected to update the information.

 

This project uses regulated 5V, 500mA power supply. 7805 three terminal voltage regulator is used for voltage regulation. Bridge type full wave rectifier is used to rectify the ac out put of secondary of 230/12V step down transformer.
