Abstract

This project is being considered in order to reduce and totally eliminate loss of customers to competitors, and save the company from folding up. Vehicle Reservation System Allocation was coded with .Net technologies and SQL Server, This Final Year Project main aim is to provide Car & Bus booking Related Services blended with online and manually process. Currently, customers can call or walk-in in order to rent or reserve a vehicle. The staff of the company will check their file to see which vehicle is available for rental. The current system is error prone and customers are dissatisfied. The goal of this project is to overcome the drawbacks of the existing system. In this product software, customer can go online and register their details in the online portal of vehicle reservation system allocation.After the completion of registration, customer can go to reservation center and book the vehicle with the original id proof as per their needs. Only registered members are allowed to perform their vehicle reservation. Customer can drive the reserved vehicle by their own or he can request the driver from the vehicle reservation center. After reaching their destination customer can left the reserved vehicle in the nearby reservation center branch. In the nearby reservation center the customer can pay their amount (rent).
