Server Based Email System For  Organization Using Intranet

 Abstract:

Electronic mail, commonly called email or e-mail, is a method of exchanging digital massage from an author to one more recipients. In our project we introduce the same system for an organization only employees access the email system within organization. And introduce automatic server email classification system in that maintains the unwanted email sstructure for an organization. The same process for email access in internet is followed in intranet, that is one server many clients. User can compose email with or without attachments (only text files) then newly we introduce spam filtering technique in the email system. Spam is commonly defined as unsolicited email message, and the goad of spam categorization is to distinguish between spam and legitimate email messages. Spam filtering is able to control the problem in a variety of ways. We use pre-classified emails to train the spam email detector. With the model generated from the training step, the detector is able to decide whether an email is a spam email or an ordinary email. Naive Bayes classifier spam filters calculate the probability of a message being spam based on its contents.
