SECURE FILE ALERT MONITORING SYSTEM

 Abstract:

This paper presents the design and implementation of secure file alert monitoring system. In this product we intend to implement security measures in an organization.It consists of admin and employee modules.Admin module is a closed source.In our product,admin have to send the files to employees for the daily work allotment.Now the admin have the work related files and the employee too.If the employee will try to insert the third party devices like pen drive or hard disk in their laptops or desktops for file transferring ,then automatically short message service (sms)will send to the admin mobile phone about the third party device insertion with the date and timing,now the admin can block the  employee.At the same time, when the employee insert the third party devices, alert message will be send to the user mobile phone also.
