Abstract

This project is developed for hostel to manage the student vacation details. There is a lot of strain on the person who are managing the hostel and software’s are not developed in correct way. This particular project deals with the problems on managing a hostel student vacation detail and avoids the problems which occur when carried manually.

Admin have all the details about the student in the hostel. Student details like name of the student, department of the student, address and phone no. Student has to inform to their warden before going to the home for the vacation or for any other reason. Once student went out the hostel means that details will update into their site for further reference by the warden. Student who is inside the hostel and who is gone out for the vacation also maintain in the site. Student vacation list is forward to the department and to the principal. Student should return to the college within the allotted date otherwise college has all rights to take action on that particular student. Staff/Warden sends the detail about the student no of days leave for the college to the student parent phone number. Student also can view the last date for the leave in the site after login.
