1. INTRODUCTION

These changes offer challenges to the counselor and training programs which must be addressed for psychological fields to thrive. Projections into the future of the counseling profession are offered, along with means of becoming involved globally. The International Round Table for the Advancement of Counseling (IRTAC) is discussed in order to increase international collaboration. Practical areas of need and direction are presented as a way of guiding future counselors in their training programs.
The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus by this all it proves it is user-friendly.

GLOBAL COUNSELLING SYSTEM is a powerful human resource tool for maintaining Global and Global information. More than a data storage program, GLOBAL COUNSELLING SYSTEM helps you manage your users. GLOBAL COUNSELLING SYSTEM gives you the power of information with different report categories. GLOBAL COUNSELLING SYSTEM allows you to add and remove users from the program and provides access to all Global information categories from Address History to Work Information. Organization files keep track of your Global information. From this screen you can create, modify, and Remove Global data. You can adjust data for Global benefits, departments, evaluation categories, and Positions. It is a good idea to define your departments and positions before adding employees. You must also set up your Global benefits and evaluations before adding them to your Global files. When you create a new category such as an Additional department or position, it is immediately available for selection in every applicable Global screen. Checklists assist you in office management by creating a list of items that need to be completed for a particular event. For example, you may want to make a checklist of everything that needs to be done when someone is hired.
SYSTEM ANALYSIS
5.1 EXISTING SYSTEM
The Global uses the Sanchez application which is a single user system to find the Global information.
• The important and the most significant drawback is that the system is manual. There are errors due to carelessness or oversight that may result in loss to the data and as to the organization. For an organization, time is very important factor.
• The Global information are stored in the Sanchez application which is like a excel sheet. This makes it impossible to search for a Global information in such a long table manually and to add a new query if the searched query is not available.
5.2 PROPOSED SYSTEM
The proposed system is designed to eliminate all the drawbacks of the existing system. The system is part of a large GCS Application and shall be responsible for maintaining information about employees,

work changes and several ad hoc reports.

Admin Module:
Administrator controls the entire application. Administrator can add, delete, edit and view all guide details and admin can create guide passwords. Administrator also manages the data related to organizations and businesses. Administrator generates reports abased on various criteria. Admin can create New Exam Details. Authorize user Details.
Guide
Guide can response user Queries and details. Guide also manages the data related to organizations and businesses.
Member Login:
Member can write online Exam and post our Query to Forum. User can view Merit User lists.
User Module:
User must have valid login information to access the application. Each User can view the details of Guide Queries and Admin Exam Details.
