CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

Customer management System is a fully web-based Solution. Customer management System allows management to track customer detail and customer request service. This gives customer information and management statistics to make key business decisions. It is built in real-time knowledge-base functionality to keep the customer service and company finished service. Customer management System is a complete Web Service solution that enables web users to receive the service over the Internet quickly and easily. Customers have a secure, personalized way to review service issues, check request service status through the mail and sms. Customer management system supports file attachments to accurately describe problems and enhancement of requests. Complete control over user access and views extends the use of Customer management System to the Internet as well as the local intranet. Online support services are also available through a .NET service to eliminate hardware and maintenance costs.
Customer management System supports to the multi user to give service for their product. Once customer request service is accepted by the administrator means admin will send confirmation message to the customer mailid.Once service is finished by the company means admin send sms to the customer mobile.

Modules Description

Admin

Admin module is used to maintain all the customer detail and customer purchase product detail. This process make admin to quickly view all the customer who are all purchasing item in the company. By maintaining this detail admin can give the customer request service in very quickly.

Customer

First process in this module to the customer is registration in online to give the service request to the company. Once customer finished registration process means next process login.Login page is continue only if the customer entered username and password is valid only. If username and password is valid means customer can view the entire purchase item. By seeing the purchase detail customer can easily send the service detail to their repaired product to the admin.

Service-Mail&Sms

This module is process in the admin side.Admin will send the confirmation mail to the customer for their request service. After sending confirmation mail to the customer.Admin will send the sms to the customer if service is finished.

Report

In this module admin maintain all the customer detail and product detail and service detail.
