COMPLETE MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION SYSTEM(MTS)
Abstract:
This is a project for medical transcription which contains several process of medical transcription. The main modules in this project are uploading files,files management and downloading files. Users are doctors,admin,transcription company and company employees. Doctors can send their audio files to transcription company. Admin can able to maintain all the uploading and downloading files. Transcription company admin downloads all the audio files and distribute the files to employees. Employee can create document files for each audio files and send it to company admin. Finally all these tranaction details can be maintained by admin. Medical transcription is a process of converting a voice recorded reports dictated by physicians or any other health professionals into text format. The voice recorded reports are maintained as audio files. These audio files are uploaded by physicians. The text formats of audio files are known as template files. Using these template files, the document files for each and every audio file can be created.
For creating document files, we introduce transcription companies to do this process. These companies allocate for all files. Then transcription Companies have responsible to create document files for each and every audio file. All the document files are sending to corresponding physicians.

Existing System:
In Existing, we are not to convert from audio to word.so, this concept we adapt in proposed

Proposed system:
For creating document files, we introduce transcription companies to do this process. These companies allocate transcriptionists for all files. Then transcriptionists have responsible to create document files for each and every audio file. All the document files are sending to corresponding physicians. Mainly we have to convert from audio file to word document, it reduces the man work

Main Module’s:
Uploading files:

All the voice files of each doctor are uploaded to administrator. Files are stored with file name, file size, date and file id for used for easy identification. Admin can assign transcription company for each files.

Files management:

Administrator can able to maintain all uploaded files and downloaded files. Downloaded files are the voice files which are downloaded by specified transcription company. Then all documents for each voice files are uploaded by transcription company.

Downloading files:

All the documents uploaded by transcription company are send to doctors by administrator. These documents are downloaded by doctors.
