Abstract

This project is mainly developed for the communication of Employees of organization located at different locations. The project entitled “Live Meeting” set of platform for the project leaders and administrator to send messages to keep constant interaction with the programmers. This application helps project leaders to chat with programmers, clients and know about project status. This system works as a live meeting software application. Away from these features admin can store ip details of employees, log in and log out time. Reports can be generated and submit to project leaders for review. This software application is integrated with CRM as well as CMS solutions. Which will help is efficiently utilizing available resources.

In this product application software, admin can authenticate into product to add the file and he can see the employee searched file history also.If he got file not found alert from two employees he can generate the security key for the searched file. By using that key employee can enter into the live chat room for meeting.

In the proposed system is the administrator can sit at his system and communicate with the project leaders, programmers and can also maintain the login time, logout time. He can chat about the project going on with both the programmers and project leaders.
