Abstract:
The proposed system is a process of maintaining all details of construction companies. It is Window based software designed specifically to help the construction companies to handle labour voucher entries, employer profiles, purchase orders and Inventory Management. Using this software we can easily maintain the wages details, employer details and order details. This Software boosts up the company operations, get variety reports to make a quick decisions and give a feel free control of the business inflow.

Module description:
Labour Voucher:

The main Component of the product is the labour entry, where the entries is made with two categories that is Entry with Agreement(An agreement value made between the contractor and the Constructor) and the Entry without Agreement(where the labour are just hired for a day).

Purchase Order:

The voucher entry made for the material purchased for the construction site according to the material category, its type, the brand name, the no of units purchased and with the VAT calculations.

Supplier and employers profile:

The detailed entry of the supplier and the employers are maintained here. The Employer entry consists of the salary and the advance details and the salary voucher are also made.

Wages:

The attendance reports for the workers are made according to the contractor names. The worker entries are also made.
