The maintenance and management of student information is almost a tiring process in the
educational institutions nowadays. Therefore an effective system for the management of student academic information suchas their Attendance, Curriculum performance is required. Moreover the students also need to be updated of their performance periodically for their improvement in
the Academics. The workload of the lecturers is huge when handling subjects for more than one class. In thetraditional way, first the attendance of all the students is recorded manually in a log book and then entered again in a desktop application. The same procedure is followed for recording the marks for each internal exam. Generation of reports on the information using suchsystem is a tedious process which may often result in errors.
A smart phone based application using Android can be used to make this process easier, secure and less error prone. The primary objective of “Android Based Internal Management System” is consists of various systems such as attendance system, mark entry system, auto calculation system,feedback system. Parent login username and password is valid means next process is to select the semester. Parent select the semester options means it will display options like internal mark1, mark2, mark3 details, attendance. Parent also can view all the internal mark details. Once click any one of the option it will display the register no of the students. According to the student register no it will display the details. Parent can give the feedback for the student performance.

The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of improved facilities. The proposed system can overcome all the limitations of the existing system. The system provides proper security and reduces the manual work.
